How do I use a promotion code?

You will be able to enter your Discount Code at checkout.

Only one discount can be used at a time.

How do I make a change or cancel an paid order?

Once you have clicked "Complete Order," we begin processing your order and you cannot cancel nor change your order. We make every effort to fill orders as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our return process.

What should I do if I can't find my size in the model desired?

It is our mandate to provide, in our best capacity, the size and colors you are looking for.

Our online store reflects our current inventory and what is in our warehouse. Please keep an eye by visiting our website shortly for an update.

What are your taxes and duties cost?

Any delivery address outside of Canada may be subject to import charges, such as duties, custom taxes,etc. which is determine by the destination country.  We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. The charges are based on purchased merchandise's country of origin and the classification of that merchandise.

If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What to do if I received the incorrect order?

If you believe you have received the incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care here within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the item.

The return will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase order. We will exchange with the correct item ordered.

How and where to return?

Customer Care will provide a return label that you will print and attach on your return package. Please also print and fill out the form at this link and include it in your return package.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be received at BLACKO MTL within the 30 days of the order's original shipment date. All items returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with all its original tags. Please read carefully the policy on non-returnable items to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

We will review the returned product and will only be able to refund if the product is returned unworn and all its sewn-in garment tag are still intact. 

Any shipping cost related to return the product is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend to use trackable return, as any return that is not received by BLACKO MTL will not be issued a refund.
